I can’t say enough wonderful things about this dental practice. Dr. Rivers is incredibly kind, gentle, and caring, and when I recently lost a crown, she was able to see me immediately and take care of it. The entire team is amazing—the technicians are wonderful, and everyone works together so seamlessly that you always feel you are in the very best hands. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I actually look forward to it because it is so much fun to see everyone! It is truly an exceptional practice, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I'm giving 2 stars strictly for their staff's customer service. The representative I spoke with on the phone was extremely kind, courteous, and polite when answering my questions. However, their out-of-pocket pricing is just wildly insane. I called to get a self-pay quote for a custom night guard (Dental Code D9944) due to severe nighttime jaw clenching. I was informed that just the initial exam would be $169, and the night guard itself would be $754, totaling over $900 out-of-pocket. (I probably could have saved myself some time and read their other low star reviews). Dental labs charge a tiny fraction of that to fabricate the exact same hard/soft acrylic appliances. Charging over $750 for a piece of custom plastic feels like complete price-gouging for uninsured or self-pay patients who just need to protect their teeth from breaking. If you're looking for friendly staff, they certainly have that, but if you are paying out-of-pocket, please shop around first. The markup here is just unreasonable.

From start to finish I had a great experience. The staff was extremely helpful, nice, and thorough. I appreciate how they didn't rush, they treated me with care and took their time with my questions. Dr Rivers is cheerful, kind, and thorough. I can tell she is doing this because she wants people to have quality teeth for life. It's not just a paycheck for her. That is why I'll definitely be going to this practice from now on. I'm looking forward to the treatment she has planned for me, and I feel very well taken care of.

I haven't been to a dentist in years and I finally pulled the trigger and I'm glad I did! Rivers family dentistry was so welcoming and friendly. I had to have a good bit of work done that day, and will have a lot more done with them going forward gladly! Very professional and honest with me in my situation. I truly look forward to my next visit with you guys! And I'm glad that I have found a great dentist for me and my family going forward.

Rivers Family Dentristry is the best dentist ever! They exceed the expectations of any dentist I’ve ever been to! I actually followed Ana (front desk) from her previous dental office because of the incredible dedication she showed to her patients. On her former office’s last day of operation, she stayed all day to make sure everyone was taken care of! Her character and professionalism earned my trust, and I chose this office because of her. They’ve made every visit great, making sure I’m comfortable, and thoroughly explaining and educating me on what’s going on. (I almost fell asleep during my procedure cause of how relaxed I felt) I also brought my toddler here for her first ever dental appointment & I will continue to do so! It has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my family’s dental care.
